While clients rarely see her directly, Colleen’s work touches every detail of their journey. By managing the backend systems, fine-tuning team execution, and anticipating every operational need, she gives our team the space to do what they do best: advocate fiercely for our clients with warmth, patience, and unwavering integrity.
